   Proposal Description:
   The aim of this candidate study is two fold.  The first is to determine a         specific gene???s ( suggested to be associated with aging and longevity)          relationship to cognition.  The second is to determine the relationship of the    gene to structural regions of the brain.  We hope that this study can help give   insight to this gene???s relationship to Alzheimer???s disease (if any).          1. Studying the relationship of a particular SNP and cognition/hippocampal        volume.                                                                           2. studying the relatipnship of the SNP to APOE e4 and APOE e2 and                cognition/hippocampal volume.
